To provide a planning system to create an accurate storage plan.SOLUTION: The planning system is a planning system for creating a storage plan for a storehouse that stores products to be supplied, and is provided with: a storage plan creation unit 18 that creates the storage plan for storing a storage amount obtained by adding a margin amount to a demand amount based on the demand forecast of the products; and an optimization unit (margin setting unit) 14 that optimizes the margin amount. The optimization unit sets the margin amount so as to optimize an evaluation value based on a predetermined evaluation function for the remaining storage amount when the products are supplied according to the storage plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
