Abstract:
To provide a plant control device that can appropriately control a steam temperature while considering a limitation on a degree of superheat.SOLUTION: A plant control device according to one embodiment controls a power generation plant comprising a gas turbine, an exhaust heat recovery boiler for collecting heat from exhaust gas of the gas turbine and generating first steam, a temperature reducing device for injecting cooling water into the first steam and discharging second steam, a superheater for superheating the second steam and discharging third steam, and a steam turbine to be driven by the third steam. The device calculates a first controlled variable for controlling an amount of the cooling water on the basis of a temperature of the third steam, and calculates a second controlled variable for controlling the amount of the cooling water on the basis of a degree of superheat or a temperature of the second steam. In addition, the device controls the amount of the cooling water on the basis of a lower one out of a third controlled variable that is a lower one out of the first and second controlled variables, and a fourth controlled variable lower than the third controlled variable in a first period and higher than the third controlled variable in a second period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
