The plant facilities are provided with a gas turbine rotor 2 of a gas turbine that is a motor driven by the expansion work of a working fluid, a generator rotor 4 of a generator 3 that is a load device rotated by rotation power from the gas turbine rotor 2, a plurality of magnetic bearings 5a-5f that support the gas turbine rotor 3 and the generator rotor 4 respectively, and an electromagnetic coupling 6 that electromagnetically couples the gas turbine rotor 2 to the generator rotor 4 and adjusts the reduction ratio of the gas turbine rotor 2 and the generator rotor 4 according to supplied power.
