PURPOSE: To lighten manual input work at the time of the planning of maintenance by managing the time of preventive maintenance based on the accumulated working time of each element equipment and the reference value of a maintenance interval set for every element equipment.
CONSTITUTION: An operation signal is detected by the detecting elements 12a, 12b of a working state attached to each principal element equipment 11a, 11b of a plant. This operation signal is converted into the accumulated working time for every equipment 11a, 11b by a run knower processing device 13, and is stored periodically in a run knower storage device 14. A plant maintenance processing device 15 manages the time of the preventive maintenance of each equipment 11a, 11b based on the accumulated working time of each element equipment stored in the storage means 14 and the reference value of the maintenance interval set for every element equipment 11a, 11b. Then, since the working time can be inputted automatically at the time of the planning of the maintenance, the manual input work can be lightened.
