Abstract:
To make it possible to optionally vary monitor parameters and alarm decision parameters.
An input process part 12 inputs a process quantity of plant equipment 100. An information processing part 3 decides whether or not the process quantity is normal according to alarm decision parameters for alarm decision making which are predetermined corresponding to the process quantity of a predetermined monitor parameter to be monitored. An output processing part 4 outputs the result of decision processing by the information processing part 3 to a screen display device 103 and an alarm display device 102. A table variation part 5 optionally varies monitor parameters or alarm decision parameters.
