Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow a tank of a downstream to produce a blended solution with a prescribed concentration by delivering different kinds of solutions in plural tanks at an upperstream of a chemical plant or the like to the tank of the downstream.
CONSTITUTION: The plant operation aid device 31 monitoring the state of a plant 40 to make operation command is provided with a required delivery quantity calculation section 9 calculating a delivery quantity from each upstream supply tank based on a process variable 1 such as a liquid quantity of each tank and data 2 being the result of analysis of solution concentration or the like by designating the production quantity of a downstream blending tank at an input section 11 and with a delivery quantity discrimination processing section 10 discriminating the propriety of the delivery quantity calculated by the limit of a device design such as a capacity of each tank in the plant so as to automatically calculate the delivery schedule quantity from each upperstream supply tank.
