Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation simulation device that can accurately predict the current and future operation states of a plant.SOLUTION: A plant operation simulation device 1 comprises: an actual machine data acquisition part 10 that acquires an actual machine data group of a plant PL through a plurality of sensors provided in the plant PL; an event estimation part 11 that determines the presence/absence of the occurrence of a predetermined event in the plant PL on the basis of the time series of the acquired actual machine data group, and estimates the type of the occurred event, the place of the occurrence of the event, and the amount of the event; and a simulation execution part 12 that executes a simulation operation of the plant PL by using an actual simulation model M prepared in advance. The simulation execution part 12 executes the simulation operation of the plant PL by reflecting the type, place of the occurrence, and amount of the event estimated by the event estimation part 11 on the actual machine simulation model M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
