Abstract:
To obtain a manufacturing method for forming a linear through-hole for exhaust in parallel with the vertical barrier rib by a simple process in a plasma display panel in which a discharge space is partitioned by the vertical barrier rib and the lateral barrier rib.
The plasma display is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the plasma display panel in which on a barrier rib material coating film installed on a glass substrate, a glass containing material to form a step forming layer is formed at a position of the vertical barrier rib in a stripe shape, and patterning of the lattice-shaped barrier rib is carried out afterwards.
