Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a polymer membrane of a polymerized porphyrin coloring matter without introducing a specific function group(s) to the porphyrin coloring matter.
CONSTITUTION: This is a thin amorphous membrane insoluble in solvents and obtained from a porphyrin and/or a porphyrin derivative as shown in the formula as a raw material by means of low temperature plasma polymerization and a plasma polymerization membrane having a clear electronic absorption spectrum at 418nm. One or more than one of the eight β, β' in the pyrrole rings A, B, C and D can be replaced with a substituent(s). A hydrogen in the four methene bridges (α, β, γ and δ) and/or a hydrogen in the center of the molecule can be replaced with a substituent.
