Abstract:
To provide a plasma reactor of which the power consumption and the pressure loss can be reduced.SOLUTION: A spacer 5 is interposed between electrode panels 4 which adjoin in a lamination direction, so that a gas passage 41 in which an exhaust gas flows between the spacers 5 at both side in a panel width direction is formed between the electrode panels 4. Also, recesses 42 expanding in a flow direction and the panel width direction at a downstream side in the flow direction with respect to electrode incorporated portions incorporated with electrodes 22 (portions including electrode covering parts 34 when viewed from the lamination direction) are formed at one face and the other face of a dielectric body flat plate 21 of each electrode panel 4. Therefore, in the gas passage 41, a gap in the lamination direction is relatively small between the electrode incorporated portions, and a gap in the lamination direction is relatively large at a downstream side in the circulation direction with respect to the electrode incorporated portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
