Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact plasma torch device which can improve a life of the device by facilitating adjustment of a plasma jet and suppressing wear of an electrode part.SOLUTION: The plasma torch device includes a device body part 10 including a first metal body part 20 electrically communicated with an anode 54, an insulating body part 30 assembled with the first metal body part 20, and a second metal body part 40 present in the insulating body part 30 and electrically communicated with a cathode 52; an electrode part 50 which includes the cathode 52 and an anode 54 disposed at an interval so as to form a plasma nozzle part in front of the cathode 52 and which generates plasma through discharge; and a body integrated-type gas passage 60 and cooling water passage 70 which are each provided in the device body part 10, and are used to supply gas to the electrode part 50 side and to cool the device. The body integrated-type cooling water passage 70 includes the first metal body part 20 of the device body part 10, a cooling water channel 70 provided in the insulating body part 30 and the second metal body part 40, and a space.
