To relieve the impact on a lesion at the time of contact with the ground and to prevent the staining of a bandage or plaster cast applied on the patient's foot or the like or the adhesion of moisture thereon by enabling the patient to easily stick a guard to the bandage or the plaster cast.

This plaster cast guard is formed by applying an adhesive 3 on one surface of a planar cushion material 2 having elasticity and water resistance so that the guard is freely peelably stuck to the base of the foot on which the bandage or the plaster cast 5 is applied. The plaster cast guard consists of the constitution of the mere exposure of the adhesive by peeling protective paper applied on one surface of the cushion material and, therefore, the inexpensive formation of the plaster cast guard is made possible. In addition, the easy adhesion of the plaster cast guard to the base of the foot on which the bandage or the plaster cast is applied is possible.
