Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a plaster of an entirely new constitution capable of well percutaneously absorbing an active ingredient into a body.
CONSTITUTION: This plaster is obtained by dispersing vacuoles 6 comprising a solubilizing agent selected from any one or more of polypropylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, 1,3-butylene glycol and polyethylene glycol 400 containing an active ingredient 7 on the release paper side of a bonding base 5 consisting essentially of a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer in a plaster layer in the plaster 1 comprising the release paper 2, the plaster layer 3 extended on the release paper and a support 4 applied to cover the top surface of the plaster layer.
