Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a rice bag convenient to carry and shining in a printed design.
CONSTITUTION: A bag material film having a low m.p. plastic film and a high m.p. plastic film arranged to the inside and outside thereof is curved in a cylindrical shape to superpose both ends of the film one upon another and both end parts are fused and sealed to form a cylindrical body 1. Next, positional relation is set so that the fused and sealed part 4 of the cylindrical body 1 is positioned to one of four corners and V-shaped insertions 7, 7a are formed to both sides of the cylindrical body 1. Subsequently, bottom sealing 5 is applied to the cylindrical body 1 having the insertions 7, 7a formed thereto in a right- angled direction and mouth sealing 6 is also applied thereto and a handle 8 is formed to the outside of the mouth sealed part to obtain a rice bag.
