CONSTITUTION: A plastic ground material mixing apparatus is equipped with ground material weighing devices 2,7 weighing the ground material of a spool runner generated accompanied by the molding of plastic, virgin material weighing devices 1,6 weighing a virgin material, a mixer 8 mixing the ground material with the virgin material, a ground material charging device 15 charging the ground material and a virgin material charging device 14 charging the virgin material.
