At a position opposite to the gate part across the optical axis in the non-effective diameter portion 3, inclined portions 4 inclined to the optical axis are molded. Accordingly, even if the air bubbles 7 exist in the non-effective diameter portion 3 with the inclined portions 4 molded, the air bubbles 7 are hardly viewed, viewing the plastic lens 1 from the side where the inclined portions 4 are molded.
