PURPOSE: To provide a plastic plate with a glass net which has excellent shrinkage absorptivity due to cold and warm temperature difference as a building roof material and in which waviness after the execution is eliminated.

CONSTITUTION: A plastic plate A has glass net held between two plastic sheets to be integrally thermally fusion-bonded in such a manner that the net is formed of a laminated glass net B in which wefts (or warps) closed between upper and lower warps (or wefts) are held at intersections, the thickness of the plastic sheet 3 located on the upper surface side of the net B is set to 1.8-2.6 times as large as that of the sheet 3 located on the lower surface side, the upper and lower sheets are thermally fusion boned to one another to be integrally buried with the net B. Thus, its external appearance quality is excellent and shrinkage due to cold and warm temperature difference is easy absorbed, thereby eliminating waviness of a room material and abnormal sound.
