Abstract:
To provide a plasticizing device that can suppress the occurrence of bridge phenomenon and smoothly start up the device.SOLUTION: The plasticizing device includes a drive motor, a flat screw, a barrel, a heating section, a cooling section, and a control section. The control section executes: plasticizing processing for plasticizing a material supplied between the flat screw and the barrel and allowing the material to flow out from a communication hole by controlling the drive motor, the heating section, and the cooling section; stop processing for stopping at least the drive motor and the heating section after executing the plasticizing processing, and stopping the plasticizing processing; and start-up processing for starting the heating section when the plasticizing processing is restarted after the elapse of a predetermined time from the stop processing, and controlling at least one of the heating section and the cooling section so that an outer circumference of the flat screw becomes equal to or lower than a temperature at the time of the plasticizing processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
