To provide a novel decorative plate which has a three-dimensional design, dispenses with substrate finishing even if mounted on an uneven substrate, does not require a long curing time after mounting thereof, and is excellent in workability.

The decorative plate has a board-like substrate layer and a decorative layer obtained by molding an acrylic sol composition containing acrylic polymer powder, a plasticizer, a filler, etc. It is preferred that the decorative plate is produced by coating the board-like substrate with the acrylic sol composition, and then molding the coated substrate.
