PURPOSE: To shorten the cycle time by drawing out a plate at a high speed in the case of working to which it is unnecessary to decrease a speed, and drawing out the plate at a low speed in the case of working to which it is necessary to decrease the speed, since a drawing-out speed of the plate is controlled in accordance with a classification of the plate.

CONSTITUTION: The plate working line is provided with a turret punch press machine 1 placed in the center, a loading part 2 of a stock plate placed in the right thereof and a product base 3 with a lifter placed in the left. The plate carrying-out device has a drawing-out means for drawing out the worked plate from a work table of the punch press machine 1. Also, this device is provided with a speed setting means for setting a drawing-out speed of the drawing-out means in accordance with a classification of the plate containing the working contents by the plate working machine, and a control means for controlling an operation of the drawing-out means at the drawing-out speed set by the speed setting means. In such a way, the cycle can be shortened, and also, a flaw of the plate can be prevented and a separation of a product from the plate can be prevented.
