CONSTITUTION: This plate connecting method of a steel ship is to provide plate connecting parts 2 to a deck, an inner bottom plate 1, a side shell plate, and an outer bottom shell plate 6, at the scallop cut-out parts 5 of frames 4, near the positions where stiffeners 3 are welded at the inner surface or the lower surface of the deck, the inner bottom plate 1, the side shell plate, and the bottom shell plate 6.
