Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a plate cylinder-transporting device for raising 77 up a plate cylinder placed on a table to transport it to the other place and putting it down thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A plate cylinder-transporting device 6 that moves on a crane track 3 is provided. The plate cylinder-transporting device 6 employs a vertical strut member 32, an elevating member 35 along the strut member and a pair of plate-supporting members 40 which are held with the elevating member 35, are capable of horizontally opening and closing and are having plate cylinder-receivers 40a at the bottom end thereof. The device is so constituted that the plate cylinder 7 is supported at the both end from under and raised up to be transported by means of the pair of plate cylinder-receivers 40a.
