Abstract:
To be covered with a printing film being movable in the outer circumferential direction, and allow the printing film to be delivered by a simple method.
A plate cylinder 1 within a rotary printing machine is formed that a printing film 5 is wound on the outer surface of a plate cylinder 1, and an end of the printing film 5 is fitted in a winding roller rotatably attached to the inner part of the plate cylinder 1, and further, a driving device 3 is installed therein in order to rotate the winding roller 4, in which a driving device 3 is secured to the outer part of the plate cylinder 1, and a separable clutch 12 is interposed between the driving device 3 and the winding roller 4 to be driven.
