Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the phenomenon of a rolling oil dropping out from an edge by intercepting the rolling oil by an injection nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: A plate edge detecting device 1 for detecting the edge of a traveling plate 15 with non-contact by a camera 2 is provided with an injection nozzle 4 for injecting a high pressure air to the plate surface on the upper stream side from the visual field 2a of the camera 2.
