PURPOSE: To provide a plate fin type open rack gasification device in which a reduction in temperature of gasified gas near an NG outlet of a gasification device is prevented, a problem of reduction in a thermal stress is resolved, a flow rate hunting is prevented, an icing is reduced, an amount of sea water is reduced, a gas flow is stabilized and its manufacturing is easily carried out.
CONSTITUTION: LNG supplied to a central passage 14 is heat exchanged with NG ascending within both external passages 15, 15 through a partition plate 11 while descending the passage, reverses its flow at a released lower end of the central passage 14, enters the external passages 15, 15, receives heat energy from sea water acting as thermal medium flowing down an outer surface of a heat exchanging panel 10 and ascends while being gasified. NG is heat exchanged with sea water outside the panel 10 at the external passages 15, 15 higher the central passage 14, a temperature of NG is further increased, NG enters an NG outlet header tank 16 installed at an upper end of the heat exchanging panel 10 and then NG is discharged out of the device.
