Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance response, air cutting and durability while preventing plate fogging by turning a disc having an opening for pasting the air flow and an unopening part for interrupting the air flow in synchronism with rotation of a plate thereby switching the air flow being supplied to an air supply section having a blow-out nozzle.
SOLUTION: First and second discs 11, 12 are rotary driven based on an external synchronization signal and the compressed air being supplied when an air supply port 8 is opened fills an air chamber 13 when the air supply port 8 is closed. When the pressure increases, the compressed air is delivered to a blow-out nozzle 15 through an air delivery port 10 made in an intermediate member communicating with the air chamber 13. When the first and second discs 11, 12 are rotary driven to close the air supply port 8, an air discharge port 9 is opened and the compressed air filling the air chamber 13 is discharged through the air discharge port 9 to the atmosphere. Consequently, the pressure in the air chamber 13 drops abruptly to interrupt compressed air supply from the air delivery port 10.
