To provide a plate for hot pressing which can maintain inner degree of vacuum in a form separated from a deaeration device, a hot press apparatus in which arrangement layout of a press part can be easily changed and a card manufacturing device which can manufacture many kinds of cards by a single device.

The plate 101 for hot pressing is provided with a check valve apparatus 101h for keeping a vacuum state in a base material housing part 101c which is partitioned between a pair of plate members 101a, 101b. Respective press parts 103A to 103C, 104A, 104B constituting laminated parts 103, 104 are respectively arranged in series. Transportation rails 108A, 108B for transporting the plate 101 for hot pressing are arranged at two stages above and below and transportation means 118A, 118B, 151A, 151B for circulation transportation therebetween are provided.
