PURPOSE: To obtain a plate-like laminate having excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance in edge by constituting the laminate of an internal layer skin consisting of a high density reinforced fiber extending in a two-dimensional manner in parallel with the surface of a core and a surface layer skin having high toughness consisting of a thin FRP material.

CONSTITUTION: Mat materials 8 protruding from peripheral edge of a core 4 are integrated by pressure welding of the mat materials 8 at both sides at the outside of the peripheral edge of the core 4. At this time, the core 4 is not present at this part, so that a three-dimensional arrangement of fiber is maintained in a low density. An entanglement generates also among fibers of the mat materials 8 so as to form an integral edge core 6. An excess matrix resin to be generated by compression of the mat materials 8 is discharged from a mating face of a mold 10. By closing the mold 10 and heating it, the matrix resin of the mat materials 8 and a resin of a sheet material 9 react to each other, so that a blade 2 can be obtained.
