A master set roller 40 is rotatably supported by a support member 36 via bearings 38. The bearings 38 are installed so as to be movable in approaching and separating directions of the roller 40 and a guide member 110 in a long hole 48 formed at the member 36, and a coiled spring 45 is set between the member 36 and the bearings 38.
