To take into consideration the maximum force in peeling a tape in evaluating the test results by indicating the maximum load applied to a tape holding piece of a load meter and a movable loaded part on an indicator.

A test piece 21 is fitted to a test piece fitting table 7 which is engaged with a hook part 15a in a horizontal condition by a pressure sensitive double coated tape with the surface 21a of the test piece upside. A tape 23 is held by a tape holding piece 44, and hooked to a movable loaded part 43, and then, the tape 23 is attached to the surface 21a from the forward side. An oscillation hook 15 is oscillated to remove the hook part 15a from the fitting table 7. The fitting table 7 is oscillated clockwise by the force of an energizing body 9, and the tape 23 is rapidly peeled from the surface 21a. The condition of the surface 21a is examined, and at the same time, the maximum force indicated by an indicator 45 is checked. Because the maximum force in peeling the tape can be easily measured, the maximum force can be taken into consideration in evaluating the test results.
