NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [A, A', B and B' are NH3, primary alkylamine, secondary alkylamine, aromatic amine or A and B or A' and B' together form diamine; R1 is H, (substituted) lower alkyl, (substituted) aryl, (substituted) hetero ring, acylamino, alkoxycarbonyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, halogen or aralkyl].
EXAMPLE: cis-(trans-(1)-1,2-Diaminocyclohexane)platinum (II)-N-(cis-diamine, hydroxyplatinum (II))-azethidine-2-one-4,4-dicarboxylate expressed by formula II.
USE: An antiulcer agent being water soluble and low in renal toxicity and side effects of suppression of bone marrow.
PREPARATION: An equivalent or slightly excess platinum complex expressed by formula IV (X is OH, ONO2 or H2O) is added to an aqueous solution or water suspension of compound expressed by formula III and the above-mentioned complex is reacted with the above-mentioned compound at 0-50°C.
