Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which can be hermetically sealed with heat and of which the contents like food can be heated and sterilized and prevented from discoloration and deterioration resulting from the residual oxygen and which is particularly excellent in retaining property for flavor.
SOLUTION: This sealing container is constituted of the innermost resin layer which is kneaded with sodium polyphosphate with chelate bonds of tin ions and which can be heat-sealed, the intermediate resin layer which is excellent as an oxygen-barrier capacity, and the outermost layer made of a laminate sheet provided with at least a thermoplastic resin layer.
