Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a data discriminating and selecting device capable of effectively discriminating and selecting data stored in an external memory to be selected.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of data having the same content, but different expressive forms are stored in a data memory section of a memory card 2. Sheets 28a-28c having different reflection factors are applied to predetermined positions on the surface of the memory card 2 so as to discriminate, select and read out the data. For example, the reflection factors of the sheets 28a, 28b and 28c are respectively 100, 70 and 30%. Further, an antislip section 26 prevents the memory card from slip when it is removably attached to a device body and a terminal section 27 is provided.
