Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify constitution, so that repair of a plug-in connector or replacement of a contact element is possible in a simple way. CONSTITUTION: A contact element holder consists of individual sub-assemblies 2a and 2b, parallel to each other receiving a contact element 5 of each array, and the sub-assemblies 2a and 2b are pushed into a single printed wiring board individually themselves. A terminal strip 1 and a contact element holder are releasably coupled with each other by collaborating lock mechanisms 13 and 14, provided at the sub-assemblies 2a and 2b within the range of the connection side of the terminal strip 1.
