PURPOSE: To obtain a flat and extremely miniaturized plug for an electric cigarrete lighter, the plug having a small number of parts and being suitable for assembling and manufacture, wherein a knob is attached to one end of an elongated flat plug body, and a heater part including a resistance heater is attached to the other end.
CONSTITUTION: The plug 2 is flat and is constituted simply. The knob 3 is provided at the one end of the elongated flat plug body 4, and the heater part A including the resistance heater 6 is provided at the other end. The plug body 4 is suitably made of heat-resistant material such as a metal plate or ceramic plate. The heater part A is constructed such that an insulating coat 9 of for example alumina paint for reinforcing the insulation is bonded in a circular shape on an oxidized insulating coat 4a on the undersurface of a prescribed end of the plug body 4, and thereon the resistance heater 6 is printed and sintered in a spiral shape. The resistance heater 6 is prepared by kneading, La0.8Sr0.2CoO3, Ag and SiO2 with an organic solvent to obtain a past that is in turn printed and sintered.
