A plug 100 comprising an elastic body and for closing an opening 210 provided to an inner pressure-applied case includes: a cylindrical body 130; a locking part 110 which is provided at the top side of the body 130 and is locked to an opening edge 220 of a case inside in the opening 210; an outward flange 120 provided at the rear end of the body 130 and butting to the opening edge 231 of a case outside in the opening 210; a shutoff part 131 which is provided in a tube in the body 130 and blocks the inner side of the case from its outside in the tube in such a state that a space K is formed at least a top side in the tube; and the first and second annular protrusions 132 and 133 which are provided on the outer periphery of the body 130 and are attached firmly to the inner periphery of the opening 210.
