CONSTITUTION: The objective plugging material comprising (A) tetracalcium phosphate powder predominant in a powder component 5-100μm in particle diameter, (B) a fluoride, (C) an aqueous organic acid solution, and (D) an aqueous solution of an unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer.
