Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent plywood for a concrete form in which failures such as the transfer and peeling of a plywood pattern are hard to be generated, a method for producing the same, and a concrete form.SOLUTION: Provided is a plywood 10 used as a form for molding concrete, comprising: a plywood body 1; a water shielding layer 3 provided at the surface side of the plywood body 1; and a water repellent layer 4 provided at the surface side of the water shielding layer 3. The water shielding layer 3 uses the plywood 10 as a form in a state where the water repellent layer 4 is arranged at the side in contact with concrete, and, in the case the plywood 10 is removed from the concrete after curing, has a function of suppressing the transfer of the pattern of the surface of the plywood body 1 to the concrete surface and a function of suppressing the peeling of the components of the plywood 10 on the back side of the water shielding layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
