Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for pneumatic conveying-drying treatment, capable of drying wet fabric into a dry state extremely close to a fixed water content.
CONSTITUTION: A set temperature is determined correspondingly to a grade of a ropy fiber product and a heated dry air flow heated at a set temperature is introduced. The temperature of the air flow discharged from an air flow outlet is detected as the temperature at the air flow outlet on the upper stream position of a fluid jetting part at which fabric is transported and takes a round. After the lapse of a predetermined time from starting of the drying process, the temperature of a constant temperature drying area is detected, an additional temperature to be added to the constant temperature drying area is determined to calculate a drying end point temperature. Drying is completed at a point of time when the temperature at the air flow outlet is coincident with the drying end point temperature.
