PURPOSE: To make an integrated circuit or the like handleable with noncontact, by setting up a conical baffle plate in a lower end of a hollow cylindrical body, while feeding to with compressed air, and constituting it so as to produce suction pressure and a positive power type air cushion, in case of a pneumatic holder nozzle for the IC or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A concave baffle plate 2 is set up in an inner part of the lower end of a hollow cylinder 1 equivalent to a nozzle of an ejector, and an empty space to be formed with an incline 4 of this hollow cylinder 4 and a conveyed work B is constituted so as to form a diffuser of the ejector. With this constitution, an empty space 5 to be formed with the baffle plate 2 and the conveyed work B comes to a vacuum chamber. Therefore, both strong suction pressure and air cushion functions of the ejector are given to the conveyed work, thus it is handleable with noncontact.
