To provide a pneumatic-hydraulic automatic positioning clamp with a positioning module that is stored inside the fixing module after an object to be processed is clamped.SOLUTION: The pneumatic-hydraulic automatic positioning clamp includes a fixed floor stand 10, a fixing device 20, a piston 12, a positioning module, and a platform 30. The fixed floor stand includes an installation area 11 for fixing the fixing device. The fixing device includes a fixing module and a clamping module. The fixing module has a body part 211, a connecting end and an assembly part. The clamping module includes a positioning plug and a set of clamping parts 221. The set of clamping parts has a clamping surface. The body part has a straight groove. The assembly part has a restriction groove and a guide track. The positioning module has an installation unit and a positioning unit. The installation unit has two inclined surfaces and a plurality of motion edges.
