Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire for a heavy load capable of draining water from a thin groove on surface of a tread portion during traveling on a wet road surface, and improving wet performance of the tread portion.
On the surface of the tread portion 1, main grooves 2, 3 extending in a tire circumferential direction, and a rib 4 sandwiched between the main grooves 2, 3 are provided. A first thin groove 5 crosses the rib 4 in a tire width direction, thereby dividing the rib 4 into a plurality of blocks 4a. On each block 4a, two second thin grooves 6, 7 intersecting the main grooves 2, 3 and the first thin groove 5 are formed.
