Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire having excellent cutting resistance of a groove bottom.
By providing a fiber-reinforced layer 18 on groove bottoms 14B of a plurality of main grooves 14 in the width direction formed in a tread part 12, any cut in the groove bottoms 14B caused by sharp rock or the like is absorbed by the fiber-reinforced layer 18, and reach of the cut to a belt layer or to a vicinity of the belt layer is suppressed. Thus, cut separation with the cut of the groove bottom 14B as a starting point is suppressed, and excellent cutting resistance of the groove bottom 14B is realized.
