Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure conductivity even after a conductive thin film being abraded in a pneumatic tire in which the thin film is formed on the surface of a tread part of low conductivity.
SOLUTION: In a method for producing a tire in which a conductive thin film 42 is formed in an area ranging from the ground contact surface of the tire to the laterally outside conductive rubber part 32, a conductive rubber adhesive is applied on the surface of an unvulcanized rubber tread, during the vulcanization molding of the tire, sipes 40 (1.5 mm or below in width) extending outside the width of the tire from the ground contact surface crossing the ground contact end A0 are formed. Or, fine mesh-shaped recessed stripes are formed on the surface of the unvulcanized rubber tread 28, the conductive rubber adhesive is applied in an area including the stripes 52, during the vulcanization molding of the tire, lateral grooves 38 extending outside the width of the tire from the ground contact surface crossing the ground contact end A0 are formed.
