Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a pneumatic tire and a manufacture of it by which a tire is made lightweight by using an air transmission preventing layer excellent in the adhesive prosperity to a rubber layer, the water resistance and the heat resistance without deteriorating the air pressure holding property in the tire.

CONSTITUTION: In a pneumatic tire and a manufacture of it, an air transmission preventing layer is constituted of a thin film of a vinyliden chloride-acrylonitrile copolymer formed by copolymerizing acrylonitrile of 5 to 50mol.%.
