A puncture preventing sealant sealed by a circumferentially extending sealing rubber sheet is arranged on the inner tire inside surface of a tread part 2. The sealing rubber sheet 5 has adhesive parts 5a integrally adhered to an inner liner rubber 12 forming a tire inside surface (i) and a non- adhesive part 5b provided between the adhesive parts 5a and prevented from adhering to the inner liner rubber 12 by interposing an adhesion preventing sheet 13 having rubber peeling property between it and the tire inside surface. In the non-adhesive part 5b, a sealant 6 is sealed within a bag part formed by the tire inside surface (i) and the sealing rubber sheet 5, and the adhesion preventing sheet 13 is formed by spirally winding a small-width adhesion preventing tape 14 in the tire circumferential direction so as to have an overlapping part 16 where the side edges 14e mutually overlap.
