Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire and a manufacturing method for the same, in which a ribbon method is used and a conductive path from a bead part to a shoulder part is secured.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises: shoulder parts 8 arranged at both outsides in a tire width direction adjacently to a tread part; a side wall part 9, disposed adjacently to the shoulder parts, which is formed of plural layers of ribbon-like rubbers; and a bead part arranged adjacently to the side wall part 9, which is provided with a conductive path in which members with conductivity are constituted continuously from the bead part to the shoulder part 8. In the side wall part, an innermost layer is formed of dual side rubbers 12 in which core materials 12b made of non-conductive rubber are at least partially coated with coating materials 12b made of conductive rubber. In the side wall part, the dual side rubbers are wound around spirally and the coating materials of the dual side rubbers adjacent to each other in a tire meridian cross section overlap with each other to constitute the conductive path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
