In the pneumatic tire in which a carcass layer 4 is mounted between a pair of bead parts, and an inner liner layer 11 made of thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition in which the thermoplastic resin and elastomer are blended is arranged on a tire inner surface side from the carcass layer 4, the inner layer 11 is made to be a laminated structure with a plurality of film layers 11a, 11b of the thermoplastic resin having different melting points, and a plurality of projection parts 14 are formed on the tire inner surface by foaming the film layer 11b having the lowest melting point of the thermoplastic resin.
