One end of the inclined groove 3 is opened to the central circumferential groove 1 and the other end is opened to each of a pair of left and right side circumferential grooves 2. The inclined groove 3 bends in an S-shaped or adverse S-shaped manner. Furthermore, a narrowed portion 41 with a narrowed block width is formed generally in the center of the block 4. Thereby drainage and asymmetric abrasion resistance qualities when driving on a wet road are both excellent.
