Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire provided with an inner liner layer with superior low temperature embrittlement resistance causing no joint cracking.
The pneumatic tire is provided with the inner liner layer formed by applying a liquid inner liner composition directly to a green tire forming rigid core surface. Preferably, the liquid inner liner composition is thermoplastic resin with high air permeability resistance dispersed or dissolved in a solvent, or it is a rubber composition containing 25-100 pts.wt. of halogenated butyl rubber and 0-20 pts.wt. of diene rubber in 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component dissolved in an organic solvent.
